SAN ANTONIO – A swing and a miss is what you would typically hear at a baseball game when a batter doesn’t connect his bat to the pitch. For Mala Luna, the festival has been hitting home runs as the premier music festival in the big 210.
Look, we’re no strangers to Mala Luna, we’ve covered the festival since its inception and sold out inauguration in 2016. This year, the festival promises a robust festival experience with big names attached.
The lineup is pretty stacked with Miguel, Russ, Diplo, and Juice WRLD headlining. However, it doesn’t stop there. Hip-hop heavy hitter Rick Ross was recently announced as a special addition to the festival. The festival did not shy away by bringing big names including Playboi Carti, Megan Thee Stallion (Hot Girl Summer, anyone?), YG, Smino, newly crowned as BET’s Best New Artist DaBaby, and more.
There will be loud music, specialty food vendors, on-site activities, cold drinks, good vibes, and fun times. What more could you ask of a music festival?
It wouldn’t be proper to not give some useful tips when attending the festival. Below are a few of our tips before coming to the show. Trust us, you want to come prepared and not be caught up in the unexpected.
